Ordering.

Order Process
🌸 Step-by-Step ProcessCheck if commissions are open.
→ I always announce openings on my socials or server when slots are available!Fill out the Commission Form.
→ You can apply through my VGen or by DM.
This helps me keep everything organized — please include references, details, and your contact info.Wait for confirmation.
→ I’ll review your request and message you if your commission is accepted.
If I decline, it’s never personal — it just means it doesn’t fit my current comfort or style.Payment & slot reservation.
→ Once accepted, I’ll send payment info.
→ Commissions are first come, first serve — your slot is officially reserved only after payment is received.Work in Progress (WIP) updates.
→ I’ll send sketches or previews at certain stages (like sketch + color) for feedback.
→ Minor edits are okay during the WIP stage, but no major changes after the final render.Delivery.
→ Finished art will be sent digitally via email or DMs (no physical delivery).
→ Please download and save your files — I may clean my drive after a while!✦ . NotesPlease be patient — I work in order of payment received.Turnaround time can vary depending on my workload, but I’ll always keep you updated.

Payment.

Currency
All payments are made through [PayPal / Ko-fi / VGen]Prices are listed in CAD unless stated otherwisePayment Rules
Full payment upfront is required to secure your slot.
→ This prevents ghosting and ensures I can begin your artwork confidently.If the commission is large or expensive, I can accept 50% upfront and 50% after the final sketch approval.
→ The final file will only be sent once full payment is completed.Refund Policy
Full refunds are available only if I haven’t started your piece yet.Partial refunds may apply if I’ve started sketching or rendering.No refunds once the final artwork is completed and delivered.
*Cancellation
Do not charge back or dispute a payment without contacting me first — I’m always open to communicating calmly and resolving any issues.If I ever have to cancel a commission from my end (due to emergencies or other valid reasons), you’ll receive a full refund.

Work Process.

🌸 General ArtRegular art commissions (such as illustrations, icons, or references) can take anywhere from 1 month to 3 months depending on my workload, complexity, and school schedule.I always do my best to finish earlier, but quality and health come first!🌸 Model Commissions (VTuber Models)Model commissions can take up to 1 year to complete.
→ This includes concept design, rig-ready prep, and revisions.
→ I’m currently a student, so my studies and personal life can affect my pace — thank you for understanding and supporting my balance.🌸 UpdatesI’ll always keep you updated if there are delays or changes in the timeline.Please be patient and kind — every piece is made with care and detail, not rushed.

Rights.

🌸 Client RightsYou receive personal-use rights to the artwork unless commercial rights are purchased.You may not:Claim the artwork as your own.Reproduce, sell, or redistribute it for profit.Remove or alter my signature/watermark.You may:Use the artwork for profile pictures, banners, streams, and personal display (with credit).Post it online as long as proper credit (“Art by Moony”) is clearly given.🌸 Commercial Rights (Optional Add-On)If you’d like to use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., merch, branding, streaming assets, or monetized content), please discuss this before commissioning.Commercial rights cost extra and must be paid for upfront.Even with commercial rights, I still retain authorship and the right to post the artwork in my portfolio.🌸 Model-Specific RightsFor VTuber models, clients receive rights to use the model for streaming, content creation, and personal branding.You may not resell, re-rig, or give the model files to others without my permission.I keep credit as the artist/designer, and must always be credited wherever the model is used.
